The debate will be broadcast in Scotland on STV. It will also be shown live on ITV Border Scotland.

Moderated by STV’s political editor Bernard Ponsonby, Scotland Debates is the first time the public will get the chance to see the major party leaders in Scotland clash on live TV.

The debate will feature: Scottish National Party leader Nicola Sturgeon; leader of the Scottish Labour Party Jim Murphy; Scottish Conservatives leader Ruth Davidson; and Scottish Liberal Democrats leader Willie Rennie.
